Project Contents

1. To enforce roadside inspections on vehicles of excessive exhaust, and to issue random inspection notifications to owners of diesel-fueled vehicles that are suspicious of air pollution for exhaust inspection on dynamometer.
2. To enforce vigorously the exhaust inspections on vehicles on the roads for elimination of vehicles of excessive exhaust.
3. The control of oil/fuel used in large passenger and cargo vehicles in the jurisdiction.
4. Random inspections on the oil/fuel sold at gas stations for the protection of citizens.
5. Control on the mobile vehicles and oil/fuel used in major constructions.
6. Promotion of air pollution control programs with multiple means of propaganda.
7. Establishment of vehicle registration database and inspection database.
8. Establishment of QA control procedures in the station to ensure the quality of QA/QC operations.
9. Establishment of diesel-fueled vehicle inspection database for the development of pollutant reduction directions of the Bureau.
